In the summer of 2023, the first Global Baishan Entrepreneurs Conference was held in Baishan, a city nestled near the China–North Korea border. Entrepreneurs from around the world, all originally from this mountain region, gathered to reconnect with their roots.

Among them was the founder and chairman of TOSION — a technical entrepreneur who built his company from the ground up, now serving clients across engineering, agriculture, marine and heavy industries with cost-effective hydraulic solutions.

At the summit, he shared his insights on market cycles, supply chain stability, and emphasized a core belief:
